Seven Star Tea, or Qi Xing Cha, is a famous combination of seven herbs to relieve moderate stomach pain, improve appetite and digestion, and promote a restful night’s sleep. This tea can be used by adults but is most commonly prepared for children ages 2-12. Children unable to sleep, exhibiting excessive crying, diarrhea, or a stomachache can all benefit from drinking this celestial blend. For smaller children use half a pack of granules, three times per day. Old kids and adults can use a full pack, dissolved in boiled water, three times per day.
