Fu Fang Dan Shen Pian uses Dan Shen, or Salvia Root, as its chief herb to offer support of the cardiovascular and circulatory systems. Dan Shen is known in TCM to powerfully nourish the blood and calm the Spirit, which is housed in the Heart. San Qi, or Notoginseng, the supporting herb in this blend, is known to dispel blood stasis, promoting healthy circulation and relieving pain. This formula may help with symptoms of anxiety or insomnia, heart palpitations, chest pain, acne or psoriasis, menstrual disorders, and promote healing from a stroke or bruising. Take 3 pills, 3 times per day.
